Action – Go to Square Options menu > Settings > Printers, review your printers/KDS • Is a printer/KDS missing, showing disconnected
Results - One POS not sending any tickets to any KDS
Action - Check Wifi connection of the Square POS make sure it is connected to the correct Wifi. If yes power cycle tablet, try again.
