Employee Access to Fresh Schedules

FRESH TECHNOLOGY DASHBOARD (TOOLS)

  • Employee is entered in Employee Maintenance

  • Over night a process is run to upload Employees into FreshSchedules

  • Invitation sent to Employee’s email address (make sure email address is entered correctly)

  • • Employees without email
    • Try to convince Employee to create Google address
    • If not able to get email address use first&last name+last 4 of social@gmail.com as an email address

Employee Maintenance > FreshSchedules

• Social Security Numbers and Emails are used to Define an employee • System checks for other records with same Soc Sec # and/or email

 

FRESH SCHEDULES LOGIN

• Employees already in FreshSchedules from a previous location

  • Invitation will not be sent

  • Location will be added to Employee’s current login

ROLE (Access Level)

Setting ROLE

  • Employees (all employees default to Worker level)

  • Select Employee to edit

  • Select EDIT button

  • Edit ROLE

FRESHSCHEDULES ROLE ROLE TYPE

• Worker – hourly workers
• Shows only personal information for self

  • User – Managers

    • AbAbility to add/edit/delete time records & tips

    • View Wages – self only

  • GM User

    • Ability to add/edit/delete time records & tips

    • Wages – self, hourly workers only, no view to wages for Salary Employees

    • Send REINVITE

TERMINATING EMPLOYEES

• Update ROLES

  • TERMINATED EMPLOYEES that have a USER or GM User role must be changed to a Worker upon termination

  • All Terminated Employees remain in Fresh Schedules until the end of the calendar year.  This allows the employee access to their wage statements
