Square Receipt Printer Not Working

ACTION:  Unplug the power to the Square stand from the wall electrical outlet for 5 seconds then plug back in

RESULT:  Printer now works

if no resolution

ACTION:  Remove iPAD from Square Stand and Power down/up the iPad.

if no resolution

ACTION:  Insure that the printer cable is plugged into the mini usb hub see attached picture
